Elsie
Elsie is the "Top Dog" and oldest of the hospital cats. You may see her up at the reception desk occasionally but she prefers lounging in the treatment and boarding areas or upstairs. Although over 10 years old, she is still quite energetic and can move at lightning speed when chasing a laser light against a wall or along the ground.
Buddy, our Feline Blood Donor
Buddy is the newest and youngest of the hospital cats and was acquired as a stray in 2009. A large and friendly cat, he is quite bold and frequently goes up to the reception area looking for a willing human to play with. He thinks nothing of climbing over 2 or 3 laps to cuddle in someone's open purse. Because of his large size and easy going nature, he is the perfect donor for those critical cat patients needing a blood transfusion.
