About Our Hospital| Why do you have password-protected areas on our website? |
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password. |
| What are your hours of operation? |
Our regular business hours are Wednesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. On Monday and Tuesday nights we have extended hours until 7:00 p.m. Please call 925-687-7346 to book a convenient appointment time. |
| What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
In an EMERGENCY during normal business hours either call to let us know you are coming or just come down immediatly. If after hours, either call or go directly to the Contra Costa Veterinary Emergency Clinic at 1410 Monument Blvd, Concord, CA. Their phone number is 925-798-2900. |
| Where is your clinic located? |
We are conveniently located in the Park and Shop Shopping Center located at 1739 Willow Pass Rd, Concord, CA. We are located right next to Round Table Pizza. Abundant parking is always available. |
| How do I get my password? |
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our Hospital directly at 925-687-7346 . Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password. |
